Paul joined Bergman Construction Management with an extensive list of Construction Management experiences and projects under his belt. Paul has been involved with construction throughout his entire career, which began in commercial Property Management. He made the natural progression into Construction Management working as a Project Manager on various property types such as retail, office, light industrial, restaurants, church renovations and hotels. Paul’s most challenging project was the building of a new “Cath Lab” in the middle of 3 other fully operational Labs; scheduling, communications and timeline adherence was extremely precise. The job was completed on time and on budget, special thanks to Paul’s ability to overcome hourly obstacles. Paul expressed that he came to BCM in appreciation of “their professional attitude towards clients and sub-contractors”.
Paul originally came to Colorado as an eight month old baby, (we give him credit as a native), guess he liked it; he went on to obtain a Degree in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University. Paul enjoys Biking and Hiking and an occasional Avalanche game with his wife and two daughters. Paul takes on the occasional home renovation project and looks forward to a traveling retirement with his wife.
